13 members of parliament are to depart for China tomorrow. The visit has been scheduled upon receiving an invitation from the China- Sri Lanka Friendship Association.  

This observational visit which takes place annually is headed by UPFA General Secretary Mahinda Amaraweera.

Meanwhile, Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa leaves for Japan tomorrow. The former president has been invited to Japan by a Sri Lankan residing in the country.

The former president is to participate in an opening ceremony of a Buddhist temple in Japan.
