92 Households Of Salawa To Receive 50 Thousand Rupees Payment

The Seethawaka Divisional Secretary H.M.S.K. Bandara said that the affected households in Salawa, following the Army Camp explosion, will receive the 50 thousand rupees monthly payment this afternoon.

92 households will receive this payment as part the first phase of the compensation program while another 105 households will receive the benefits under the next phase.

55 shops which have applied for compensation are currently being assessed.

Seethawaka Divisional Secretary H.M.S.K. Bandara further described the compensation payment program to our news team.
