Cases Filed against 392 Persons for Aiding Dengue Breeding Grounds

The Ministry of Health has decided to file lawsuits against 392 persons for providing favorable environments to develop dengue breeding grounds.

1456 premises with dengue breeding grounds have been identified during a 3-day inspection conducted until the 18th of this month.

In addition, the Health Ministry stated that measures are being taken to issued notices to 1771 persons.

6009 dengue cases have been reported in Colombo, while 1983 cases of dengue were reported in Gampaha.
