The nine mothers charged with forcibly entering the Meegahatenna Primary School are scheduled to be produced before the Matugama magistrate for an identification parade.

The Meegahatenna police arrested them last Tuesday over the charge of having the children admitted to the school by force.

The four persons including Deputy Minister Palitha Thewarapperuma arrested on subsequent surrender to police too are remanded till today.

Meanwhile State Minister Palitha Range Bandara visited the Kalutara prison yesterday to inquire about the wellbeing of remanded Palitha Thewarapperuma.
