Kumara+Welgama+arrives+before+the+Presidential+commission+of+inquiry

Former Minister Kumara Welgama appeared at the Special Presidential Commission of Inquiry on Massive Fraud and Corruption this morning.

He was summoned by the Commission to record a statement with regard to the reservation of SLTB’s Shalika grounds for an election propaganda rally organized for former president Mahinda Rajapaksa during the last Presidential election.
