Finance Minister says appropriation bill does not forecast Budget 2017

Finance Minister Ravi Karunanayake says that the Appropriation Bill will not make economic forecast on the Budget 2017, which will be presented on November 10th.

Addressing the media at the Finance Ministry today, Minister Karunanayake said that the forthcoming Budget will surprise the Opposition.
