Lanka Private Bus Owners’ Union says that a discussion between the Finance Minister and several transport unions, is scheduled to be held next Monday.

This is regarding the increase of the minimum fine for traffic violations to Rs. 2500. 

President of the Lanka Private Bus Owners' Association Gemunu Wijeratne said the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation Nimal Siripala De Silva and Police should take part in the upcoming discussions.
