The All Ceylon Private Bus Workers Association says that there no change to its decision to launch the proposed bus strike from midnight tomorrow.

Speaking to our news team, convener of the association, U.K. Renuka said that the Federation of All Ceylon Private Bus Owners Association, Inter provincial Bus Owners Association and Southern provincial Bus owners association will support the strike.  

Meanwhile, SLTB chairman Ramal Siriwardana says all measures have been taken to face the situation if the proposed strike by private bus associations is implemented tomorrow.  

He said that leave for all workers has been cancelled for one week.

At the same time, Railway Services Trade Union Collective also said that its proposed strike will be launched as scheduled from midnight tomorrow.
