A petition was filed with the Supreme Courts against the Bribery Commission by Attorney-at-law Nagahakanda Kodituwakku this morning.

Attorney-at-law Kodituwakku cites in his petition that the Bribery Commission did not investigate a complaint made by him against the illegal sale of duty free vehicle permits by parliamentarians.

Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe, Ministers Kabeer Hashim, Lakshman Yapa Abeywardana, the Commission to Investigate Allegations on Bribery or Corruption, Deputy solicitor General Dilrukshi Dias Wickremesinghe and 93 parliamentarians have been named as respondents.
