Chairman of Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna Professor G.L. Peries says that he is ready to challenge the Development Special Provisions Draft Bill before the Supreme Court if the Bill permits the interference with the purview of ministers.

Professor Peries stated this during a media conference held in Colombo today.

Addressing the media, MP Bandula Gunawardana said that Budget 2017 has imposed a 5 rupee tax on lotteries.
