Sri Lanka Administrative Services Association (SLASA) officers will meet this evening to discuss the next move they will be taking against Deputy Minister Ranjan Ramanayake who berated the Divulapitiya Divisional Secretary.

The time period given to apologize to the victimized official ends today. SLASA stated before that if the Deputy Minister failed to apologize they would launch an island wide protest.

The Divulapitiya Divisional Secretary was berated when the Deputy Minister contacted her on the phone inquiring about the removal of soil that took place at Dunagaha on 26th January.
