Sri Lanka and India have decided to release 123 fishermen who are in each other’s custody.

Accordingly, 85 Indian fishermen in Sri Lanka and 19 Sri Lankan fishermen in India will be released Fisheries Ministry stated.

A discussion regarding this was held between Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe and Fisheries Minister Mahinda Amaraweera today.
