South Korean Foreign Minister meets the Prime Minister

During a meeting with Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe at temple trees yesterday, South Koreas Minister of Foreign Affairs, Yun Byung-se stated that the South Korean government agrees to provide necessary support in the areas of research and development, information technology, health and education. 

Furthermore, Minister Byung-se stated that South Korea is also willing to invest in Sri Lanka’s Megopolis project. 

The foreign minister went on to say that  in order to strengthen bilateral ties between the two countries, the agreement for development will help raise 300 to 500 million US dollars, and measures will be taken by the South Korean government to provide facilities including bowsers to supply water for drought stricken areas.
