Government decides to compensate people affected in Meethotamulla garbage dump incident

Government has decided to compensate those who were affected by the Meethotamulla garbage dump collapse.

Moreover, they have decided to compensate the families of the deceased in this disaster as well.

Speaking to Hiru news team, Minister of Disaster Management, Anura Priyadarshana Yapa voiced that the discussions regarding the methods of compensating are currently underway.
