Facebook Live shooting: Suspect claims to have killed 13

Cleveland Police is hunting for a man identified as Steve Stephens who has claimed to have killed 13 people.

This comes after Stephens shot an elderly man on Facebook Live.

In the video he claimed to have "snapped" over a woman.

Steve Stephens has been named by police as the man they are urgently trying to trace, warning he is "armed and dangerous" and should not be approached.

In a new video Stephen also claimed he had shot 13 people so far and was "working on the 14th" - yet to be confirmed by local police, although they are known to have warned local hospitals to expect more causalities.
