Investigation+ordered+into+the+shooting+of+an+elephant+in+Vavuniya
Sustainable Development and Wildlife Ministry has called a full investigation over the death of a she elephant in Kombuwaiththakulam at Omanthai in Vavuniya.

It is reported that the she elephant has died following wildlife officers opened fire during an attempt to rescue 4 elephants fallen to an agro-well.
