Foreign airplane landed at BIA in emergency due to ill passenger

An airplane scheduled to fly from Saudi Arabia to Indonesia has been landed at Bandaranaike International Airport due to the ill health of a passenger.

However, according to the Airport Police, the 75 year-old Indonesian ill passenger has passed away after being admitted to the Negambo Hospital.
