Pramitha Bandara Thennakoon who resigned from his post of Minister has forwarded a letter to the Chairperson of the Provincial Council requesting a backseat in the provincial council. 

Pramitha Bandara Thennakoon resigned from his post on the 25th last month in protest to the removal of his father, Janaka Bandara Thennakoon from the post of Chief Organizer in Dambulla seat.
