A million plastic bottles collected at Adam’s Peak (Photos)

More than a million plastic bottles have been collected after being  dumped on the grounds by pilgrims who had travelled  to Adam’s Peak over the last six months

The OIC at the Ambagamuwa Divisional Council’s Nallatanniya Garbage Collection Centre, A. W. Hemantha told our news team that these bottles had been disposed of  from Nallatanniya to the Adam’s Peak shrine room.
