Navy Commander received a court order

Colombo Additional Magistrate Jeyaram Choxi ordered the Navy Commander today to present the 5 Navy officers including one Captain who have been accused of kidnapping two Tamil men with their vehicle in 2008, to the CID to receive a statement regarding the case.

Moreover, the Lieutenant Commander of Welisara Camp who is in jail regarding this case was ordered to be further jailed.

The CID had complained to the Court that the 5 Navy officers did not appear before them even though they were previously informed.
