Petition+challenging+the+new+post+of+Fonseka+given+dates+to+be+considered
Supreme Court decided today to consider the petition presented by attorney Ajith Prasanna challenging appointment of Sarath Fonseka to the parliament through the UNP national list, since he was not a member of the UNP, on July 12. 

The petition was called today at the presence of the tri-personal panel of Judges which included Chief Justice Priyasad Depp, Sisira de Abrew, and Nalin Perera.
