Suspended two years' Rigorous Imprisonment handed to the businessman who gave fake notes to Former President Premadasa's daughter

The businessman who gave fake currency notes to Former President Ranasinghe Premadasa's daughter Dulanjali jayakody has been handed suspended 2 years of Rigorous Imprisonment.

The order has been given when the case was heard before the Highcourt Magistrate Gihan Kulathunga.

The suspect who pleaded giulty to the action was further ordered to pay a fine of Rs.5 lakhs apart from the compensation.
