Here are the newly sworn in Deputy and State Ministers with their Ministries

New State and Deputy Ministers took oath before the President Maithripala Sirisena this morning.

Accordingly, former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr.Harsha De Silva has been sworn in as the Deputy Minister of National Policies and Economic Affairs.

Moreover, Eran Wickramarathne who was in office as the Deputy Minister of Public Enterprise Development has been sworn in as the State Minister of Finance.

Meanwhile, it has been reported that the Cabinet portfolios of the Ministers Lakshman Yapa Abeywardhane, Karu Paranawithana, Palitha Rangebandara and Wasantha Senanayake may become reshuffled.

Stated below are the new Deputy and State Ministers with their Ministries

Eran Wickramarathne – State Minister of Finance

Palitha Rangebandara – State Minister of Irrigation and Water Resources Management

Wasantha Senanayake – State Minister of Foreign Affairs

Lakshman Yapa Abeywardhane – State Minister of Public Enterprise Development

Harsha De Silva – Deputy Minister of Policies and Economic Development

Karu Paranawithana – Deputy Minister of Skills Development and Vocational Training

Ranjan Ramanayake – Deputy Minister of Social Empowerment and Welfare
