The Commissioner General of Examinations, W. M. N. J. Pushpakumara said that OICs of all police stations have been informed to be on standby, that if at the conclusion of today’s exams,  any  students, behave in a manner that is consider riotous and a disturbance to the general public, close to examination centres they should be arrested.

Similarly the Commissioner General said that if a student was arrested for such an offence his examination results would be disqualified.
