In-house patient jumps from 4th floor of Ragama Hospital (Photos)

Police say an in-house patient at Ragama Hospital has committed suicide by jumping from the 4th floor of one of its buildings.
The deceased was 65-year-old A. A. Somadasa, a resident of Bopitiya, Pamunuwa.
He was admitted to Ragama Hospital to treat a kidney ailment on Tuesday (07).
It was revealed that Somadasa was in grief over his illness and had attempted to end his life a number of times.
Ragama Police is conducting investigations.
