GMOA writes to President requesting him stance on SAITM be informed to Supreme Court

The Government Medical Officers' Association has requested the government's stance on SAITM be informed to the supreme court in writing.

The secretary to the association, Dr Haritha Aluthge said that they are hopeful that the President will consider their request.

Meanwhile, the Inter-University Student’s Federation issuing a communiqué stressed that they cannot completely trust the word of the government regarding the SAITM issue.
