The Presidential Secretariat has sent a copy of the Presidential Commission of Inquiry on the bond controversy to the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption.

The Bond Commission report had recommended the Bribery Commission to take action against certain individuals after details emerged of their alleged connections with the CBSL bond scam.

A copy has been sent in order to take relevant actions.

Sources said that the officials of the Bribery Commission are studying the report right now and thereafter relevant actions will be mooted.
