Charred body found in Thanamalwila

Police say a charred body was recovered inside a three-wheeler nearby the Kukulkotuwa tank in Komaligama, Thanamalwila.
The body was detected last afternoon (Feb. 27) and police suspect that the victim may have been killed by an unidentified group before setting fire to it.
The deceased has been identified by his wife. The victim was a 52-year-old, a resident of Gangeyaya, Thanamalwila.
