Joint Opposition leaders are scheduled to meet today (Mar. 14) to continue discussions relating to the proposed no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe.

They will meet at the official residence of former President Mahinda Rajapaksa in Colombo.

Meanwhile, addressing a media conference in Colombo today (Mar. 14), the Leader of the Mahajana Eksath Peramuna MP Dinesh Gunawardena said the government should announce the date for the Eastern, North Central and Sabaragamuwa Provincial Council elections without delay.
