Court orders to arrest four monks including Bengamuwe Nalaka and Iththakande Saddhathissa

The Colombo Fort magistrate ordered the arrest of Ven. Bengamuwe Nalaka Thera, Ven. Iththekande Saddhathissa Thera, Magalkande Sudaththa Thera and Madille Pangnaloka Thera and produce them before the court.
The four monks are accused of vandalizing state property during a protest organized by disabled war heroes in Colombo in 2016.
The order was issued by Fort Magistrate Lanka Jayarathna when the relevant case was taken before the court today.
