Sri Lanka Podu Jana Peramuna (SLPP) has said it will file a petition at the Supreme Court against the deliberate delaying of Provincial Council elections.

SLPP Chairperson, Prof. G.L. Peiris addressing a media briefing alleged that the government was tactically delaying the elections.
