Father commits suicide, killing his two sons

A father committed suicide last night, killing his two sons as he jumped in front of a moving train, that was plying from Batticaloa to Colombo.

The incident was reported from Welikanda, Polonnaruwa The father was 40 years old. The sons were aged 11 years and 5 years.

Investigations carried out so far reveal that the tragedy had occurred due to a family dispute.
