The prices of petrol and diesel were increased again as of midnight last night according to the fuel price formula.

Accordingly, the price of Octane 92 has been increased by Rs. 4, to  Rs. 149 per litre.

The price of Octane 95 has also been increased by Rs. 4 and will be sold at Rs. 161 per litre.

The price of auto diesel has also been raised by Rs. 5 to Rs. 123 per litre.

The price of Super Diesel per litre has been raised by Rs. 3. The revised price is Rs.133,

The last fuel price revision was on August 10.

The committee overseeing fuel pricing in accordance to the fuel price formula meets on 10th each month where changes to fuel prices are determined.
