President and PM informs the IGP to resign within two weeks

According to government sources, President Maithreepala Sirisena and Prime Minister Ranil Wkcremasinghe have informed IGP Pujith Jayasundara to resign from his post within two weeks.

This is as result of several allegations being levelled against the IGP’s conduct, over the past few days.
