300 Garment factory employees hospitalized due to food poisoning

The number of employees at a garment factory in Minuwangoda suffering from food poisoning has increased to 310.

Police stated that they had fallen ill after having consumed today’s breakfast, provided by a private food caterer.

150 are receiving treatment at the Minuwangoda hospital and nearly 160 are been treated at the Gampaha hospital.
