Leader of the House, Minister Lakshman Kiriella stated that there is no need to convene an emergency parliamentary session.

Minister Kiriella made this statement to media regarding the request made by the leader of the Joint Opposition parliamentarians’ group, Dinesh Gunawardena, to convene an emergency parliamentary session.
