The Government Analyst informed the Court today that the voice samples of the former DIG attached to the Terrorism Investigation Division, Nalaka de Silva and the operation director of Anti Corruption Brigade, Namal Kumara tallied with their voices on the audio clip.

According to the Government Analyst’s report, 123 samples out of 124 collected from both Nalaka and Namal for the testing tally with their voices on the audio clip.

Meanwhile, the Indian national who was arrested at Namal Kumara’s Warakapola house was produced before Court today.

The detained Indian national told the Court that India is conspiring to murder him.

He also informed the Court that the CID sleuths too caused harmful activities to his health.

There, he pleaded the Court to allow him to make a statement in writing.

Later, the Magistrate granted him a period of two hours to make his written statement.

At the same time, DIG Nalaka de Silva is scheduled to reported to the CID for a fourth day today.

He is questioned in connection with the alleged plot to assassinate President Maithripala Sirisena and former Defence Secretary, Gotabhaya Rajapaksa.
