The parliament administration has decided to close the public gallery and the special gallery for speaker’s visitors during its sessions tomorrow.

Sergeant at arms, Narendra Fernando stated that only accredited journalists will be allowed inside.

He further said the media will be allowed to broadcast live sessions tomorrow as well.

A senior parliamentary spokesman stated that the house will meet at 1 pm tomorrow under Standing Order 22.

Meanwhile, State Minister, Keheliya Rambukwella said that his party leaders will meet this afternoon to decide whether they participate in parliament sessions tomorrow.

He said the meeting of party leaders will be chaired by Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa at his residence in Wijerama.
