A fraudulent Kachcheri raided in Eravur

A fraudulent Kachcheri being run in Eravur – Batticaloa was raided and two suspects were taken into custody.

During a raid carried out yesterday based on a tip-off received Police took into custody rubber stamps of officials from 27 government offices prepared fraudulently and a laptop.

The suspects are residents of the same area and aged 25 and 30 years.
