Police says several facts have been revealed during the investigation about the Copper Factory workers being bailed out

The Police said that several facts have been revealed during the special investigation launched to inquire into whether the Police were at fault in some way when presenting facts to the Court regarding the 9 employees of the Copper Factory in Wellampitiya.

At a media briefing held in Colombo today, Police Media Spokesman SP Ruwan Gunasekera said that strict legal action will be taken against those responsible in this incident.

The investigation into this incident is being conducted by the Police Special Investigations Unit.
