No opportunity to get the Counter-Terrorism Act passed

The General Secretary of the United People’s Freedom Alliance, Member of Parliament Mahinda Amaraweera said that a Counter-Terrorism Act is not required at this moment of time for the country and that they will not leave room for it to be passed in Parliament.

He made this comment while expressing his views subsequent to a function held yesterday in Hambantota.
