It was of special significance that these foreigners had got together with the youth of the Dambulla Temple junction and organized this event.

The German nationals had spent on buying the drinks and they had served devotees who were on their way home after worshipping the historic Rangiri Dambulu Rajamaha Vihara.

The foreigners who had served each person with a glass of drink had wished them a “Subha Vesak Festival.”
