A+Complaint+against+Rishad+and+Hisbulla+to+the+Presidential+Commission
The office of the Presidential Commission Inquiring into frauds and irregularities that had taken place in State Institutions during 2015 to 2018 has handed over a petition filed against Minister Rishad Badiudeen and Eastern Province Governor M. L. A. M. Hisbulla to the commission’s chairman and commissioners to take the next steps regarding it.

Venerable Theeniyaavala Paalitha Thera has filed this petition against them.

The petition mentions that Rishad Badiudeen had got the names of foreign citizens entered in the voters’ list by getting Grama Niladharis to prepare false birth certificates for them.

Similarly the petition also mentions that that he owns about 3000 acres of land in Mannar.

Similarly, Venerable Theeniyaavala Paalitha Thera mentions in the petition further that Minister Rishad Badiudeen and Eastern Province Governor M. L. A. M. Hisbulla have taken steps to create distrust among races.
