Opposition Leader Mahinda Rajapaksa says that the Security Council not meeting in two months prior to the Easter Sunday terror attacks that targeted this country is a serious problem.

He made these comments to the media subsequent to a function held this morning at Carlton House in Tangalle, today.

Journalists inquired from the Opposition Leader about facts being revealed yesterday at the special Parliamentary Select Committee appointed to inquire into the Easter Sunday attacks that the Security Council had not met for a period of two months.
