The Sri Lanka Freedom Party is not happy about the Select Committee

The Sri Lanka Freedom Party says that they are not happy about work of the Parliamentary Select Committee appointed to inquire into the Easter Sunday attacks. s

A senior vice president of the party, Member of Parliament Nimal Siripala De Silva made this comment at a media briefing held at party headquarters today.

Expressing his views to the Hiru Media Division, Joint Opposition Member of Parliament Mahindananda Aluthgamage said that it is possible that many intelligence information could be revealed within this Committee.

Anyhow, the United National Party expresses a positive opinion about this special Select Committee.

At a media briefing summoned by the ‘Rata Rakina Jana Handa’ organization, Venerable Bellanwila Dhammarathana thero expressing his views on the Select Committee said that they do not trust the Select Committee.

The thero further said that people are displeased with the current activities of the present government.
