Interim report on Kurunegala Gynecologist postponed to tomorrow, 105 complaints received today as well

The committee probing the arrested gynaecologist of Kurunegala hospital, Seigu Siyabdeen Mohamed has postponed handing over its Interim report to the ministry on its findings to tomorrow.

Acting Health Service Director General, Lal Panapitiya said the report expected today but it was postponed later as the committee wanted to include more details into it.

At the same time, the chairman of the GMOA Kurunegala Branch Dr W Weerasena said a new committee should be appointed to inquire the allegations against Gynecologist, Seigu Siyabdeen.

Meanwhile, 341 complaints against the suspected doctor have been received by the director of the Kurunegala hospital so far.
