PHOTTUWA+PARTY+LEADERS+MEET+

MP Bandula Gunawardena stated that the party leaders had a discussion regarding the national conference to be convened by the Sri Lanka Podu Jana Peramuna on the 11th of this month.

The discussion was held under the leadership of Opposition Leader Mahinda Rajapaksa at his official residence last evening.

Meanwhile, President Maithripala Sirisena and parliament members of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) met last night.

This was to discuss the current political situation and the SLFP convention.
