The hearing of petitions against signing the Millennium Challenge Corporation Agreement has been postponed until January 31st.
The petitions were taken before Justices Buwaneka Aluvihare, LTB Dehideniya, Murdu Fernando, S Thurairajah and Gamini Amarasekera this morning.
The petitions have been filed by the GMOA and the executive director of the Buddhist Information Center, Angulugalle Jinananda Thera.
