The Frontline Socialist Party is making arrangements to hold a May Day Rally.
This will be the first instance where the leaders of the party will address the public after they broke away from the JVP and formed a new party.
Speaking to our news team propaganda secretary Pubudu Jayagoda stated that they have selected Colombo as the initial venue but a final decision has not been taken as yet.
He added that a statement will be issued during the next couple of days regarding the rally.
Meanwhile, the Mirihana Police recorded a statement yesterday from Frontline Socialist Party Central Working Committee member Dimuthu Attygalle who was kidnapped recently.
A spokesperson for the party indicated that she was questioned extensively regarding her kidnapping.
