An individual believed to be an Australian national has drowned while sea bathing in the Ampara-Potuvil Panama area. According to police the victim who is said to be a 51 year old married male had been dragged ashore by his wife and had been subsequently admitted to the Panama rural hospital. He had passed away shortly upon having being admitted.
